General provisions
1.1. This website is owned and managed by SRL “NISMOBIL GRUP”
1.2. By placing an order in the online shop, the Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions of Sale of Products (hereinafter – Terms and Conditions) set out below.
1.3. These Terms and Conditions, as well as the information about the products displayed on the site are public offers, in accordance with Article 681 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova and Law No. 284 on Electronic Commerce. The buyer, having read the text of these conditions of sale, accepts them by ticking the paragraph “I have read the terms and conditions of sale on the website nis-dev.onstep.it”.
1.4. Relations between the customer and the seller are established on the basis of the Law no. 105 of 13.03.2003 on the Protection of Consumer Rights, and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.
1.5. The Seller reserves the right to modify the given Terms and Conditions and the Customer is obliged to monitor changes on a regular basis.
1.6. The Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions by clicking the “Order Confirmation” button in the last step of the order registration on the website.

2.1. The seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the customer during registration.
Order registration and delivery deadline
3.1. The customer’s order can be taken in the following ways: by phone or registered by the customer on the website.
3.2. When registering the order, the customer must specify the following information:

e-mail.
3.3. After registration of the order, the customer is given information on the expected date of transmission of the order by the Delivery Service. The specified date depends on the availability of the ordered products in the seller’s warehouse, and the time needed to process the order.
3.4. The Seller has the right to refuse to register the order if the Customer has already placed an order for 5 or more units, which he has previously refused, for reasons other than the presence of defects in these products.
3.5. If the ordered product is missing from the seller’s warehouse, the seller has the right to cancel the order and inform the customer by sending an e-mail to the specified address or by telephone.
3.6. In case of cancellation of the Prepaid Order, the cost of the cancelled product is returned to the customer via the module in which the payment was originally produced.
