DELIVERY

Any product can be purchased with one click in our online shop. All you need to do is choose a product, put it in a basket and place your order. Our partner Nova Poshta, will deliver it directly to your door.

The Nismobil Grup shop offers you. Both the home delivery service and the possibility of personal collection from the store.

To pick up products from the store, it is necessary to indicate the day of collection in the order confirmation section. The delivery service takes place in accordance with the terms and conditions of delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

• Deliveries on the territory of the Republic of Moldova (except Transnistria) are made on working days from Monday to Friday, between 9.00 – 17.00.
• In Chisinau – 45 lei (orders weighing up to 2 kg) and 160 lei over 50 kg.
• On the territory of the Republic of Moldova is carried out within 3 days.
• Cost of order delivery in regions up to 2 kg – 65 lei and 260 lei more than 20 kg. Please indicate all details of the address where you wish to receive your order. If your address is different from the one you want the products delivered to, please specify this when placing your order.

PAYMENT METHODS

The following payment terms are available for online orders:

• Online by bank card (Viza, Maestro and Master Card). If you have chosen the bank card payment method you will need to fill in a form with your card information on the secure payment processor page.
• Cash on delivery, Nova Poshta. You will pay when the order is delivered.
• Cash or card when picking up products in the shop.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Can be returned to the warehouse address: 21 Forest Street, Chisinau products which:

• Do not exceed 14 days from the date of purchase;
• No signs of damage;
• No visible signs of wear;
• It is also possible to exchange the size or another item.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging (the packaging in which they were purchased), with all accessories and labels intact (no traces of use or damage) and with the receipt for the product purchased. Which proves the fact and conditions of purchase of this product.

The refund of amounts received for products purchased will be made as follows:

All expenses related to the organisation of the poduse return are fully borne by the customer.

• In cash, for amounts paid in cash in the shop.
• By bank transfer, for payments made by bank (O.P.), including those paid by bank card (in the case of a request for return at a date subsequent to the sale).
